Due to the nature of lithium batteries and shipping safety regulations, all sales are final unless the product is defective.
We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if there is a verified issue.
Warranty Coverage (60 Days)
All lithium batteries are covered by a 60-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for warranty support:

The battery must be registered by the owner through the manufacturer’s online warranty registration

The issue must be reported within 60 days of delivery

The battery must be deemed non-operational or defective
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Incorrect product selection

Compatibility issues (please confirm fit before purchasing)

Normal wear and tear

Improper installation or misuse
Defective or Non-Operational Products
If your battery is not working as intended:

Description of the issue

Photos or videos (if applicable)

Confirm that your warranty has been registered
We may troubleshoot the issue with you and/or coordinate with the manufacturer.
If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will:

Repair or replace the unit, or

Provide a replacement shipped at no additional cost
Important Notes

Warranty claims without completed registration may not be eligible for coverage

Customers are responsible for proper installation and usage

In some cases, the manufacturer may handle the warranty claim directly
