Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once your order is confirmed, it is sent directly to our fulfillment partner for shipment.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Times
Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your location and warehouse availability.

Please note that shipping times may vary slightly due to carrier delays or high demand.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or LTL freight (for larger battery systems).
Due to the size and weight of lithium batteries, some orders may require freight delivery and a delivery appointment.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping within the continental United States on most orders.
Additional fees may apply for:

Liftgate service (for freight deliveries)
Any additional charges will be clearly communicated before shipment.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delivery Requirements
For freight deliveries:

An adult (18+) must be present to receive and sign for the shipment

Please inspect the package upon delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll work quickly with the carrier and supplier to resolve the issue, including replacement if necessary.

We currently ship within the continental United States only.
Due to shipping regulations, lithium batteries cannot be shipped to:
